O R D E R

% 20.06.2018 The learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 submits that the petitioners have not responded to the show cause notices issued by the respondents, which led to the passing of the Impugned Demolition Orders. He further submits that incase the petitioners make proper representation, the respondents are willing to consider the same on merits. In view of the above, it is directed that the petitioners shall file a proper representation with the concerned authority of the respondents, within a period of one week from today. On receipt of such representation, the competent authority of respondent No.1 shall give a personal hearing to the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No further action shall be taken on the Impugned Demolition Orders till fresh orders are passed by the Competent Authority of respondent No.1 after hearing the petitioners.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions. Copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master to both the counsels for the parties.
