The learned counsel appearing for the respondents state that the petitioners' principal grievance was with regard to them not being permitted them to participate in the Fifth Federation Cup National Wushu Championship to be held in 2018.

The petitioners were permitted to participate in the said Federation by virtue of the order dated 18.06.2018.

In view of the above and since none appears on behalf of the petitioners, the petition is dismissed in default. The pending application is also disposed of.
