% 20.06.2018 Incident is the off-shoot of a landlord-tenant dispute and from amongst the five accused persons purportedly on the side of the landlord/landlady, two of the co-accused have already been admitted to regular bail. Applicants are the mother and the son. Son is aged about 22 years and studying. As per the MLC, the injuries appear to be minor, though the opinion of the MLC is awaited. During the course of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, concedes that no recoveries are to be effected from the applicants.
Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances, applicants are directed to join the investigation as and when required by notice in writing and in the event of their arrest, they shall be released on bail on their furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
With aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of. Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
