O R D E R
% 17.07.2018 Report of the Medical Officer Incharge, Central Jail Hospital & Dispensary, Central Jail No.3, Tihar, New Delhi-110064, has been received, which reads as under:- 'Sub.: Medical status report of Inmate Vijay Khanna S/o. Narain Dass Khanna.
With reference to the order of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi dated 22/06/2018 seeking medical report of aforesaid inmate patient to be submitted as per date given.
In continuation to last medical status report submitted to Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, it is hereby submitted that in compliance to Hon'ble High Court
order, abovesaid inmate was sent to AIIMS/Surgery and Orthopedic Department on dated 23/06/2018. He was seen in Surgery department where debridement of would in left foot was done and advised him conservative treatment and Endocrinology referral for Diabetes control.
He was given appointment for Orthopedic OPD for 23/07/2018.
He was again sent to AIIMS Surgery department for review and follow-up on dated 28/06/2018.
Debridement of wound was done. He was advised daily dressing and conservative treatment. He was also given appointment for RP Center - Eye OPD at AIIMS on dated 02/07/2018.
On dated 02/07/2018, he was again sent to AIIMS.
He was reviewed in Eye department and advised for left eye cataract surgery after endocrinology consultation.
He was given appointment for Endocrinology on 10/07/2018 and Gastroenterology for 01/08/2018. He was also reviewed at PMR department at AIIMS on 02/07/2018 from there he was further referred to Medicine department.
He was sent to AIIMS/Endocrinology & Medicine department on 10/07/2018.
He was called very next day, i.e. 11/07/2018 in Medicine department and he was called on 09/08/2018 for Endocrinology.
On 11/07/2018, he was sent to AIIMS/Medicine department he was advised various investigations and prescribed him conservative treatment for diabetes. All the prescribed medicines have been provided to him from Jail Dispensary.
Regular antiseptic dressing has been done in Central Jail Hospital. He will be sent to AIIMS as per dates given. At present, the general condition and vitals of inmate are stable and satisfactory."
In view of the report of the Medical Officer, I am of the view that no case is made out for grant of interim bail. Application is dismissed.
