% 16.08.2018 The learned Additional Standing Counsel for State, upon instructions states that the petitioner has been accommodated in a separate cell with two inmates of his choice with attached western toilet and therefore, there would be palpable relief in his inconvenience, if any. She further states that the petitioner was also taken to a Doctor outside the Jail i.e. the OPD at DDU Hospital and the medications as advised by the said Doctor is being administered to him.

In view of above, no further orders are required. The petition is disposed of in above terms.
