% 02.07.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that insofar as approval for the academic year 2018-19 is concerned, the petition has been rendered infructuous due to the circumstance that the last date for affording the said approval has since passed. It is, however, submitted that respondent No.1/All India Counsel for Technical Education may be directed to grant the petitioner a re-hearing before the Standing Appellate Committee (SAC) for necessary approval for the academic year 2019-20, in accordance with law. W.P.(C) 6651/2018

Mr. Anil Soni, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 states that they would consider the petitioner's application, as aforestated, for the academic year 2019-20, in accordance with law.
