% 02.08.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted. The respondents are served. No one appears on behalf of the respondents.

The interim order passed on 24th May, 2016 is made absolute. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the property in question has been mortgaged with the petitioner. Liberty is granted to the respondents to move an application for modification/vacation of the interim order, if so desired. In case the application is filed, the same will be decided as per its own merit.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
