% 26.04.2017 The order to release the petitioner on parole was granted on 08.12.2014 in writ petition (criminal) 2444/2014, on the condition that it would come into operation after surrender by co-convicts Sanjay Kumar and Raj Kumar, who had earlier jumped parole. It is stated that both the said coconvicts, who had jumped the parole are real brothers of the petitioner. The petitioner moved miscellaneous application, it being Crl.M.A.3275/2015 which was dismissed by order dated 04.03.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner moved another similar writ petition, it being Writ Petition (Crl.) 2493/2015 which was dismissed by order dated 05.11.2015. He, thereafter moved Crl.M.A. 8953/2016 which was dismissed as devoid of merit by order dated 27.05.2016. Against this backdrop, yet another writ petition for similar relief does not lie.
