O R D E R

% 28.09.2016 CM No. 34854/2016 has been filed for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file proceedings under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Mr. Sanghi, learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant prays that the interim protection granted by this Court on 27th May, 2016 and 01st June, 2016 be extended for a period of two weeks to enable filing of the alternative proceedings.

Mr. Jagjit Singh, learned counsel for the respondents states that this Court has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present proceedings.

However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition, the present writ petition and

pending applications are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file proceedings under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in an appropriate Court having the jurisdiction. The rights and contentions of all parties are left open. However, to facilitate fling of such alternative proceedings, the interim protection granted vide orders dated 27th May, 2016 and 01st June, 2016 is extended for a period of three weeks.
