% 06.05.2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is a tenant in the property No. X-917-B, Chand Mohalla, Delhi - 110031 with the following prayers:

"In view of the aforesaid circumstances, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to: i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ, order or direction in the nature thereof thereby quashing the impugned order dated 01.06.2018 and direct the Respondents to de-seal the Ground Floor of X-917-B, Chand Mohalla, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi - 110031;

ii) pass such further order, directions and other reliefs, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case."

It is the case of the respondent EDMC that the property owner had applied to the concerned department of the EDMC for de-sealing of the property in question. A deficiency letter seeking required documents had already been sent to the owner for want of documents. The said deficiencies have still not been cleared.

It is the submission of Ms. Puja Kalra, learned counsel for the respondent EDMC that the property is still lying sealed. There is no appearance for the petitioner today.

The petition is dismissed in default.
