% 06.08.2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition was filed with the following prayer :

"A. This Writ Petition filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or direction quashing/setting aside the selection list/Notice Ann. P1 published in the respondents website notifying the list of selected candidates against advertisement for the post of Junior Assistant (Fire Service) NE-4 level at various airports in the Northern Region.

B. Direct Respondent to prepare a selection list for the above mentioned post by taking into account the reservation rules for ex-servicemen as per Rule 12 of the Airport Authority of India (Recruitment and Promotion) Guidelines, 2005 (Page 73) as well as Official Memorandum of Government of India dated 25.02.2014 Rule 4 (Page 62).

C. And this Hon'ble Court may pass any other directions as it may deem fit and proper."

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has been selected and already joined the training on 01.08.2018 and the petition has been rendered infructuous.
