The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, pointing out that an inadvertent error has crept into the prayer clause of the petition. The said prayer was also quoted in the order dated 13.08.2018. The applicant, therefore, requests that the said order be rectified to record the correct description of the property - Khasra No.137/1 instead of 134/1. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The prayer clause made in the petition is rectified. Consequently, paragraph 1 of the order dated 13.08.2018 is also rectified to read as under:- "1.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(a) Issue the Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, directing the respondents (the

concerned public officers) to stop immediately the entire unauthorized and illegal construction being carried out by the respondents no. 3 to 5 at said public land in question (Open Land of 2018 sq.

yds.

at Khasra No.137/1, VillageKanjhawla, Delhi."
