CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 19.04.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that the whole area, including the area involved in this writ petition, is subject matter of disputes between various parties in CWP No. 646/2012 titled Karamveer Singh Nagar vs. DDA, which is to be listed before the Division Bench on 17th May, 2017. It is further submitted that the status quo order has already been passed in the said petition with respect to the entire area including the area involved in this writ petition.

In view of this, it would be appropriate if

petitioner approaches the Division Bench in the same matter, to avoid any conflicting orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate application would be filed in the pending matter bringing out to the notice of the Division Bench about the illegal construction undertaken despite the status quo order. He seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
