O R D E R

% 22.06.2018 Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 who appears on advance notice submits that the impugned action of sealing of the premises is being undertaken on directions of the Monitoring Committee appointed by the Supreme Court vide judgment dated 15th December, 2017 passed by the Supreme Court in WP(C) No.4677/1985. The said judgment further directs that the challenge to the decision of the Monitoring Committee will lie only before the Supreme Court.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Supreme Court. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. NAVIN CHAWLA (VACATION JUDGE) JUNE 22, 2018 RN
