% 22.08.2016 Crl.M.A.12895/2016 (Delay) For the reasons stated in the application, delay in re-filing is condoned.

Application is disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 2441/2016 Respondent no.2 (complainant) and petitioners are related to each other. Petitioner nos.1 & 2 are brother in laws of respondent no.2. Respondent nos.3 & 4 are cousins of petitioner nos.1 & 2. A perusal of FIR shows that a quarrel took place between the petitioners on one end and

respondent no.2 on the other on some trivial matter wherein it is alleged that the petitioners abused the respondent no.2 and petitioner nos.1 & 2 fired in air. Petitioners and respondent no.2 have now settled their disputes with the intervention of other family members, inasmuch as, they want to maintain harmonious relations in future. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and submits that the present FIR may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that the disputes arose between the parties on some trivial matter wherein nobody was injured, the FIR No.0031/2016 under Sections 323/336/342/34 IPC registered at police station Neb Sarai and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, in view of the settlement, subject to however, each of the petitioners depositing `10,000/- with Delhi High Court Bar Association Advocates' Welfare Fund within three weeks and receipt be produced before the Investigating Officer.
