% 03.07.2018 Mr. Jitendra Kr. Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after lengthy arguments, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) for grant of an alternative site for his cart, in accordance with law. Mr. Gaurang Kanth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the EDMC states that if an application is made on behalf of the petitioner, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and positively within a period of four weeks from the date of the representation, in accordance with the extant policy.

Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
