C.M. 52756/2018(u/S 151 CPC) In this disposed of petition, widow of deceased respondentworkman, seeks release of amount deposited by petitioner in terms of order of 30th August, 2017.

Upon notice, counsel for petitioner submits that there is no objection to it.

Upon hearing, it is directed that the deposit made by petitioner be forthwith released to widow of deceased respondent-workman along with interest accrued thereupon, if any.
