% 04.05.2016 The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is under instructions to withdraw the present appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The insurance company had been directed by order dated 07.10.3013 to deposit the entire awarded amount with upto date interest, out of which 80% was allowed to be released to the claimant. The Registrar General shall now release the balance in terms of the impugned judgment to the claimant.
