% 14.03.2018 Impugned Minutes of Meeting of 3rd March, 2017 of first respondent recommends that the case of second respondent may be reviewed sympathetically and lesser punishment may be considered in his case on his revision petition in order to reinstate him in service of petitioner-Bank. An Action Taken Report has been also sought by first respondent.
Upon hearing, it needs to be clarified that impugned Minutes of the Meeting are only a recommendation and has no binding effect on petitioner and so, petitioner is not required to submit an Action Taken Report.

With the aforesaid clarification, this petition and the application are disposed of.
