% 22.06.2018 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking cancellation of the non-bailable warrants issued by the Executing Court by an order dated 1st June,2018. The petitioner who is present in Court submits that he would duly appear in person before the Executing Court on 6th July, 2018 and would also pay the balance decretal amount in terms of the settlement to the Decree Holder on or before that date.

Binding the petitioner to the said settlement, it is directed that non-bailable warrants against the petitioner shall not be executed. It is made clear that any failure to comply with this condition shall open the petitioner for further proceedings in contempt as well. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
