W.P. (Crl.) 2214/2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR 787/2015 was lodged under Sections 323/356/379/506/34 IPC at police station Shakarpur.
It is pointed out that a cross FIR No. 757/15 under Sections 356/379/509/506/323/341/34 IPC was registered at police station Shakarpur on the complaint of petitioner no.3. A perusal of the present FIR shows that cars of respondent no.2 and petitioner met
with a minor accident which resulted into altercations, scuffles and beatings between both the parties. In the said incident, respondent nos. 2 and 3 sustained minor injuries.
Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are living in the same locality.
They have settled their disputes amicably vide Compromise/Settlement dated 16th April, 2016. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and also keeping in view that both the parties intend to maintain harmonious relations in future, FIR No.
787/15 under Sections 323/356/379/506/34 IPC registered at police station Shakarpur and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, subject to each of the petitioners depositing `10,000/- with the Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Fund within four weeks.
Receipts be filed in the Registry.
