% 07.09.2017 The appellant is present in Court along with her counsel. Learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondent submit that the parties have amicably settled all their disputes through mediation before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts.

The terms of the settlement are recorded in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 4th August, 2017. The settlement has been recorded before the Principal Judge, Family Courts South, Saket.

Copy of the order dated 21st August, 2017 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Courts, order dated 11th August, 2017 recording the settlement before the Mediation Centre and the Memorandum of Understanding dated 4th August, 2017 are handed over and taken on record. The petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
