% 11.02.2020 By the instant petition, the petitioner, in effect, alleges violation of the statutory provisions of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973 and the Rules framed thereunder for the appointment of the respondent no.3. The said aspect would be required to be looked into by the Director of Education in the first instance and during the course of hearing, ld. counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, as also Mr. Khan, Addl. Standing Counsel for respondent no.4, submit that it would be desirable that the instant petition is treated as a representation of the petitioner to be decided by the Director of Education by way of a speaking order in accordance with law. In view of the foregoing, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the Director of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi to treat the instant petition as a representation of the petitioner and proceed to decide it by way of a speaking order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. In doing so, the rejoinder filed in the instant proceedings shall also be gone into.

Petition along with pending application stands disposed of accordingly.
