BAIL APPLN. 1474/2018 Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, on instructions, submits that the challan has since been filed. Broadly, the allegation against the applicant is that while the prosecutrix was standing at the shop alongwith her relations, applicant

touched her, possibly, tried to lift the T-Shirt she was wearing and when the prosecutrix turned back and raised hue and cry, he ran away, but was apprehended at a short distance. He is not any known acquaintance. He is in judicial custody for more than three and half months.

Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances, the applicant is admitted to bail on his executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with two local sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

The application stands disposed of.
