Petition under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C) has been filed against the judgment dated 02.12.2016 vide which the respondent has been acquitted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

However, it is submitted that the parties had arrived at a settlement dated 30.04.2019 in which the payment has been made by the respondent. It is submitted that in view of the settlement between the parties, the present petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.

In view of the submissions made, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
