Since a prompt ad-interim maintenance in sum of `3000/- has been awarded to the wife learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the appeal desiring an observation to be made that respondent's application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 should be decided by the learned Judge, Family Court as expeditiously as possible. 2.

Dismissing the appeal as withdrawn we direct the learned Judge, MAT.APP.(F.C.) 115/2016

Family Court to hear arguments and decide respondent's application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 on the next date of hearing. 3.
