% 10.12.2019 Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 90/2018, registered at police station New Ashok Nagar, Delhi for the offences under Sections 376(2) (f)/506 IPC while claiming to be innocent and having been falsely implicated.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State informs that charge-sheet under Sections 376/377/313/506 IPC has been filed in this case, in which name of the petitioner has been kept in Column No.11. A copy of charge-sheet has been handed over to counsel for petitioner as well as complainant.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this BAIL APPLN. 1477/2018

application, while seeking liberty to approach the court of Sessions for grant of regular bail and informs that the matter is listed on 23rd January, 2020 before the learned trial court and prays for interim protection to petitioner during integrum.

Heard. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as not pressed, with liberty to petitioner to approach the learned Sessions Court to seek regular bail. Petitioner be not arrested in this case till 23rd January, 2020.
