% 03.08.2016 Mr.V.S.R.Krishna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn my attention to a communication dated 13th June, 2016 written by the Directorate General, Labour Welfare to Mr.Prem Chand, Advocate, Supreme Court and Smt. Rajni, the complainant, conveying to them, that the Government has decided to refer the matter back to the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board for reconsideration of its recommendation.

In view of the communication, Mr.Krishna, learned counsel wishes to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition as well as pending application are dismissed as withdrawn.
