W.P.(CRL) 1880/2018 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks extension of parole in connection with admission of his daughter for higher education and to attend to the other exigencies of the family. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, the parole of the petitioner is extended for another period of two weeks on the same terms and conditions, especially in view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner that no further extension in that regard shall be sought.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
