O R D E R

% 09.07.2018 Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and prosecutrix became friends in the year 2016 through the facebook. After their relationship broke off as a result of engagement of prosecutrix with one Bunty on 13th May, 2018, prosecutrix has lodged present F.I.R. on 4th June, 2018 as an afterthought only to harass the petitioner. The petitioner had not promised to marry the prosecutrix.

The prosecutrix is present in the Court today and admits that she got engaged with Bunty on 13th May, 2018.

The petitioner is in custody for the last one month. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
