CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 25.06.2018 Vide the present petition, the limited prayer sought by the petitioner is a direction to the respondent to decide the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 15-4-2018.

Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that the petitioner's appeal dated 15th April, 2018 has already been decided by the Standing Appellate Committee vide its order dated 18th April, 2018. He is, however, unable to supply any copy of the said order but undertakes to provide a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner within two days.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of wasting any further time, the respondent may be directed to

provide a copy of the same to the petitioner's authorized representative who will visit respondent no.1's office on 26th June, 2018 itself. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the aforesaid request and assures the Court that a copy of the order deciding the petitioner's appeal would be handed over to its representative on 26.6.2018.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondent, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition.

The petitioner would, however, be at liberty to challenge the appellate order as per law.

The petition stands disposed of.
