2. Ms.Nusrat Parveen is present in Court with her father. We met her in the chamber in the presence of Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. Ms. Nusrat Parveen states that she is 19 years of age. Although she does not dispute that she knows the Petitioner, according to her, she was forcibly taken away by him, got married to him without her consent and kept confined under threat. She also mentioned that she subsequently came to know that the Petitioner is already married and has four children. She states that she is at present happily residing with her parents of her own free will and
does not wish to return to the Petitioner.
3. The Court is satisfied that Ms. Nusrat Parveen is not being held by her parents against her wishes. In the circumstances, the Court is not inclined to grant reliefs made in the present petition.
4. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
