It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel for the respondent no.3 that the Selection Committee is again meeting on 27.06.2018 to consider and select the candidates for Asian Games to be held at Jakarta (Indonesia).

It is agreed that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of parties including the eligibility of applicant/petitioner, the Selection Committee shall consider the name of the applicants/petitioners afresh on 27.06.2018.

The petition along with application being CM No. 25417/2018 is disposed of accordingly.
