Mr.Rajesh Mahajan, learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks extension of his parole. This Court by an order dated 25.05.2018 has granted parole to the petitioner for a period of 30 days considering the fact that he is to undertake an examination and negotiate the marriage proposal of his daughter who is 30 years old. 4.

The petitioner who appears in person submits that his daughter is coming back from London on 29.06.2018 and he has found a suitable match for his daughter.

He submits that he is to formalize the marriage of his

daughter and some time may be granted and period of parole may be extended.

In this view of the matter, the parole, as granted by this Court on 24.05.2018 is hereby extended for a period of one week subject to the same terms and conditions.

Accordingly, W.P.(CRL) 1891/2018 is disposed of. 7.
