% 17.02.2020 CM NO. 52814/2019 (U/S 151 CPC By petitioner for release of amount in terms of order of Hon'ble Court dated 30-08-2019) Ld. counsel for petitioner submitted that Hon'ble Court passed a common order on 30-08-2019 in this petition as well as in other two similar petition filed by petitioner against their separate worker i.e., W.P.(C) NO. 6013/2012 & 4962/2012.

He further submitted that Registry itself verified about payment to the worker i.e., respondent in W.P.(C) NO. 6013/2012 & 4962/2012 and forwarded the said files for Cash Branch for release of amount to the petitioner in terms of order of Hon'ble Court dated 30-08-2019.

He request to send this file to the Registry for adopting the said procedure for release of amount. Registry is to ensure for release of amount to the petitioner in terms of order of Hon'ble Court dated 30-08-2019 as per procedure adopted by it in W.P.(C) NO. 6013/2012 & 4962/2012.
