The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 250/2014 under Section 420/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station Mayur Vihar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. 3.
By an order dated 11.12.2014 the petitioner was granted interim protection and she was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then.

There is a dispute regarding the ownership and possession of shop bearing No. 18, Block-26, Trilokpuri. The petitioner claims that it was purchased by her from one Sh. Kishan s/o Nanua on 03.12.1986 and since then, she is in possession of it. It has further come on record that she has filed a civil suit regarding the property in question in January, 2014.
FIR No.
31/2014 under Section 451/506/380/427/34 IPC Police Station Mayur Vihar was registered against the complainant -Suman Lata. The complainant has claimed that this property was purchased by her on 21.12.2013 on the basis of GPA and Agreement to Sell etc. from Vishnupati and Ram Sakal for a sum of Rs.2.60 lakhs. Co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly when the matter regarding the ownership and possession between the parties is pending before the Civil Court, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of her arrest, she be released on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. She shall, however, join the investigation as and when required and shall deposit the original documents/certified copies there of before the Investigating Officer.

The bail application stands disposed of.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
