% 18.07.2018 The present petition has been filed by a person who is described as prospective accused in criminal complaint (CC No. 150/1/15) instituted by the respondents.

Exception is taken to orders dated 18.09.2015 and 07.10.2015. By the first order, the Magistrate called for action taken report from the police. By the second order, the matter was adjourned to another date on request. There is no adverse order passed against the petitioners. The petition is wholly frivolous and it with pending application are dismissed with costs of Rs. 10,000/-, to be deposited with Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, within a week.
