% 25.10.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 6th October, 2004 passed by the learned Trial Court framing charges against him under Sections 120/467/468/471 IPC and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
None appears for the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the respondent submits that subsequent to the orders framing charges, the petitioner/Mr.Chander Prakash has been acquitted by the learned Trial Court vide its judgment and order dated 21st January, 2015. In view of the petitioner's subsequent acquittal, nothing survives in the present petition which is dismissed as infructuous. REKHA PALLI, J OCTOBER 25, 2018/aa
