By the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the summoning order dated 16.04.2004, passed by the learned Trial Court in Complaint Case No. 44/2001 under Sections 420/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned counsel for the complainant / Respondent No. 2 submits that the said complaint has already been withdrawn by the complainant on 15.05.2025.
