O R D E R

% 27.06.2018 The present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, has been filed by the petitioner being inter alia aggrieved by the letter dated 21.06.2018 vide which its distributorship has been terminated by the respondent. The petitioner has also sought a direction restraining the respondent from terminating its distributorship.

Dr. Adish C. Aggarwala, Senior Advocate, who appears on advance notice for the respondent, hands over a copy of a letter dated 26.6.2018 which has already communicated to the petitioner and submits that the said letter dated 21.6.2018 already stands withdrawn by the respondent.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Senior counsel for the respondent, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition.
