CRL.M.C. 3250/2018 Notice. Ms.Manjeet Arya, APP for State has put in her appearance. Counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of order dated 23.06.2018 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate-03, North District, Rohini, the same is taken on record.

Since by the order dated 23.06.2018, the Metropolitan Magistrate has already granted the prayer as requested by the petitioner by his application under Section 91 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the petition and withdraws the same.
