% 04.07.2018 The petitioner has preferred the present petition to seek a writ of habeas corpus to produce his sister Ishrat Jahan, who went missing on 27.05.2018.

Mr.Lao has tendered in court the status report and the police has also produced Ishrat Jahan. She is present in Court and we have interacted with her. She states that she wishes to return to live with her parents and brother of her own free will.

Accordingly this petition has become infructuous. Ishrat Jahan may return to live with her parents and brother.
