This order is in continuation of the order dated 11.07.2018, on which date, counsel for the respondents had handed over a copy of the letter dated 10.07.2018 addressed by the CMO (S.G) GC, Hospital, CRPF, Greater Noida (U.P.) regarding the medical condition of the petitioner. Noting that there was no information from the petitioner‟s treating doctor at AIIMS, available with learned counsel for the respondents, he was directed to ensure that an officer from the respondents/Department approaches the treating Doctor of the petitioner at AIIMS to gather the petitioner‟s present medical
condition and the recommended line of treatment. 2.
Pursuant to the aforesaid order, Mr.Goyal, learned counsel for the respondents hands over a copy of the letter dated 30.07.2018 addressed by Dr.Rajesh Khadgawat, Department of Endocrinology & Metabolism, AIIMS to the Chief Medical Officer, S.G Hospital, Greater Noida stating inter alia that „the petitioner is likely to have Polycystic Ovary Disease (PCOD), for which she can be treated at any Government Hospital in Bangalore in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology or in the Department of Endocrinology. 3.
A copy of the aforesaid letter has been furnished to counsel for the petitioner and also taken on record.

In view of the above, we do not propose to entertain the present petition by quashing the transfer order dated 13.04.2018 or the relieving order dated 15.06.2018 passed in respect of the petitioner. However, in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner‟s quarterly review at AIIMS is due on 18.08.2018, the petitioner is granted time up to 20.08.2018 to join her new place of posting.

The petition stands disposed of alongwith the pending application.
