% 27.09.2016 Learned counsel for respondent states that the Division Bench in LPA 369/2016 has stayed the operation of the order out of which the present contempt petition arises.

Consequently, present contempt petition and application are disposed of.

However, in the event, the Division Bench dismisses the aforesaid LPA, petitioner is given liberty to seek revival of the present contempt petition.
