The present petition was ordered to be dismissed in default vide order dated 27.03.2024.

The respondent who appeared in person stated that the possession of the tenanted premises has already been restored on 20.07.2024. 3.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner/applicant when the case is called for hearing at about 1:00 pm.

Accordingly, the application for restoration of petition is dismissed in default as well as for want of prosecution.
