% 05.07.2018 Notice. Learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground of marriage of his real brother - Sanjay which is fixed for 10th July, 2018. As per the status report placed on record, family of the petitioner is residing at Village Barahal, PS Chirgaon, District Jhansi (UP). A perusal of the nominal roll also reveals that petitioner was granted parole for a period of four weeks by this Court which the petitioner availed from 22nd May, 2018 to 20th June, 2018, whereafter he surrendered in time. Considering the facts verified and the nominal roll, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of one week, subject to furnishing of personal bond in the sum of ₹ 25,000/- with one surety bond in
the like amount to the satisfaction of the Superintendent Mandoli Jail. The petition is disposed of.
