Vide the present petition, petitioners seek directions thereby quashing of FIR No. 1047/2006 registered at PS-Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 448/453/380/34 IPC. 2.

Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that aforesaid case was registered on the complaint of respondent no.2 and after investigation, Section 380 of IPC was also added against the petitioners. 3.

The present petition has been filed on the ground that matter has been settled between the parties. On 21.10.2013, respondent no. 2 appeared in this court and stated that he had no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question and accordingly, the proceedings before the trial court was stayed. 4.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties and the statement made by respondent no.2 before this Court on 21.10.2013, FIR No. 1047/2006 registered at PS-Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi for the offences

punishable under Sections 448/453/380/34 IPC and all proceedings emanating thereform are hereby quashed against the petitioners. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
