The wards of the petitioner have been granted admission in the Nursery class in the Adarsh World School, Sector-12, Dwarka. 2.

Further the School has also communicated, on 26th February, 2019, to the Dy. Education Officer (Zone-21), South West-B, Najafgarh, stating that a cheque, for reimbursing the expenses involved in obtaining uniforms and text writing materials, also has been handed over to all the parents of EWS students, including the petitioner.

Ms. Ruchika Mittal submits that the grievance in the writ petition thereby stands redressed.
