% 06.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant was living in the same building as a tenant, where petitioner is also living as a tenant. Complainant is a quarrelsome lady. On 2nd May, 2018 she created ruckus.
PCR arrived there and DD No. 87-A was recorded. However, complainant stated that she was not willing to pursue the matter any further. Landlord had also come in the police station. Complainant stated that she would vacate the tenanted premises. She has vacated the tenanted premises now. As an afterthought, she filed another complaint with the DCP on 4th May, 2018, pursuant whereof present FIR has been registered on 18th May,
2018, that is, after about 16 days. As per the FIR, petitioner attempted to lift the complainant's daughter aged about 13 years in the middle of night. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
