% 28.11.2016 After some arguments, it is suggested by learned counsel for petitioner that the present writ petition be treated as a representation to respondent No.1 and be decided by the General Manager of the concerned area.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection to the same. Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that it be treated as a representation to respondent No.1, whose General Manager shall decide the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents No.4 and 5.
Let a reasoned order be communicated to the petitioner within a period of three months.
